ATTENDANCE

Participation in this workshop requires full attendance at all onsite LAB days, from 9:00am to 4:30pm. Please make your arrangements accordingly! All segments are integral parts of the learning process.

PAYMENT & TUITION

Registration cost is $2250, inclusive of a $500 deposit. The $500 deposit is non-refundable and used to secure your enrollment.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations up to August 12, 2025 will receive a full refund minus the $500 deposit. Due to our investment in the donor cadavers and lab space, tuition is non-refundable from August 13, 2025.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY

There is absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHY permitted inside the cadaver lab, other than by AnatomySCAPES staff. This is in accordance with our agreement with the lab and the donor program and is strictly enforced. Failure to comply with this requirement risks our relationship with the lab and could jeopardize our ability to continue to offer courses with them. We encourage you to keep your phone tucked away and silenced. Though, of course, we understand if you need to have access to it if you are on call for work, etc.

RESPECTFUL SPACE

Being in a cadaver lab can be full of surprises! Feel free to relax, laugh, enjoy your experience, but steer sharply away from mocking behavior towards the cadaver or each other. Treat the form as if they were a friend or sibling — for, in fact, they are precisely that.

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

We encourage you to stay connected to your needs during the lab and keep our staff informed if you need to step back and take a break. IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LEAVE THE SPACE, PLEASE NOTIFY ANATOMYSCAPES STAFF first, so we will know where you are and if we can offer support to your process. Being in a cadaver lab is an intense experience and can feel somewhat “other worldly”. We will be there to support your experience and gently lead you through the multiple dimensions of what a dissection lab experience offers. We are taking this journey together and it will be shaped by each person’s experience and contributions! Stay aware of yourself and the others who will be on the journey with you and much will be gained!
